Japanese Bathing Ritual & Massage for one

Shizuka Ryokan is the only place in Australia where you can experience the full Japanese bathing ritual in the privacy of a walled Japanese courtyard.

Before entering the bath, guests cleanse their bodies using a hand-held shower and wooden bucket in a cedar-scented wet area, following traditional Japanese bathing customs. The spacious bath, sheltered beneath a pavilion, is designed for comfort and can be enjoyed alone or as a shared experience for two.

* Bathe in seclusion, and as is traditional in Japan, if you are not comfortable bathing without swimwear with your friend or family member, please book separate bathing sessions.
